Albert Cassidy – President
Albert Cassidy has over 30 years of experience in local development. After joining his father in the development and home building industry in the early 80's, he and his brother Steve formed Cassidy Homes. Al Cassidy has proven to be a leader in both commercial and residential building throughout the Central Florida area. His detailed work ethics and pride in his company have helped shape The Cassidy Organization into Polk County's leading home builder and land Development Company.

Steve Cassidy – Executive Vice President
Steve Cassidy holds more than 25 years experience in local development.  After graduating with a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, Steve, together with his brother Al, Steve formed Cassidy Homes in 1983.  He has since built both commercial and residential properties, focusing primarily on residential in the past few years. There are currently more than 2,000 families living in Cassidy Homes in the Polk County area. 

Wayne Watters – Chief Operations Officer
Wayne Watters joined The Cassidy Organization 2005 after earning a master's degree in business management.  A former Merrill Lynch stockbroker, Wayne worked over the course of 13 legislative sessions, accumulating a wealth of experience and relationships within Florida State Government.  He held positions as Deputy Commissioner of the Florida Department of Agriculture, Legislative Director of the Executive Office of the Governor, and Executive Assistant to the Office of the Senate President.

Don Shires – VP of Construction
Don Shires joined the Cassidy Organization in March of 2005. Mr. Shires has an immense amount of experience in residential construction. Mr. Shires was Deluca Homes Director of Construction for 5 years and has also worked as a Project Manager at Mt. Dora Golf and Country Club, as an Area Manager for The Arvida Company, as well as for Morrison Homes.
