Our entire experience with Cassidy has been great. From Pam our salesperson, to Cheri at the design studio to Rick our supervisor, everyone makes us feel comfortable and goes out of their way to make sure our home is everything we could want. Building a home is stressful enough, but Cassidy does everything they can to not add any stress to the process.

First, I would like to say that from Barbara Hodgkinson, Cheri Perkins, Butch Berwin, and Jessica Chewning your team of professionals have done an excellent job of making our new home truly a great experience. Barbara, our sales rep, has always been there whenever we had any questions. She is truly an angel and extremely helpful. Cheri was also very informative with our choice of items at your design center. But here is the one that tells me what a professional company you are. When we told you that the place we are renting had recently gone into foreclosure and we may face early none occupancy, your team went out of its way to make sure our house was built earlier than planned. Butch and Jessica truly went out of their way to have the house completed. So, we are now ahead of schedule and closing on the house earlier than planned. This is what service is all about. Action instead of excuses. That is what Cassidy is all about!!!!!! If I know of anyone thinking of buying a new house, I will recommend you highly and hands down the best in service, quality, and professionalism.
